We have a number of top-quality chefs we work with including Paco Perez, multi-Michelin starred owner-chef of Restaurant Miramar in Llançà, Head Chef of the Enoteca Restaurant at the Arts Hotel in Barcelona and Head Chef of Cinco at Des Stue in Berlin.

Paco trained closely under Ferran Adrià, the maestro chef of El Bulli, and refers to Adrià as the master of his culinary philosophy. Adrià also describes Paco as one of his “best and most talented disciples”.  Paco holds five Michelin stars – two for his restaurant in Llançà, two for Enoteca in Barcelona and one for Cinco in Berlin.
